The New Client Contact Form and client portal are provided by SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant practice management platform. Information you enter there is handled under SimplePractice's privacy practices and my Notice of Privacy Practices.
The course interest list is provided by Systeme.io. If you sign up, your name and email are stored there so I can send you course updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
If you email or call me, I receive the information you choose to share.
Please don't send detailed health information by regular email. The client portal is the most secure way to share it.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit this site, some information is collected automatically, such as your browser type, device, general location, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site.
This website is hosted by Squarespace, which collects basic visitor data to run the site and provide site statistics.
